DURHAM, NC – At Triangle Appraisal Group (TAG), we believe strong relationships are at the core of a successful real estate market. That’s why we’re proud to be actively involved with the Triangle Mortgage Lenders Association (TMLA), building connections with lenders and industry professionals across the Triangle.
TAG officially began sponsoring TMLA in 2025, creating new opportunities to collaborate, learn, and stay closely connected to the lending side of the real estate industry.

As part of our involvement, the TAG team regularly attends TMLA’s monthly lunch meetings in Durham. These meetings bring together mortgage professionals, real estate partners, and industry leaders to share insights and strengthen relationships.

Supporting Durham Realtors Through TMLA Events
Last year, TAG had the pleasure of assisting in hosting the Durham Regional Association of Realtors (DRAR) Christmas Party, organized by TMLA. Events like these highlight the organization’s ongoing commitment to supporting local Realtors and fostering collaboration across the industry.
