People first. Relationships follow. And Chipotle never hurts.
CARY, NC – At TAG, we believe showing up for the real estate community means more than handing out business cards and shaking hands. It means being intentional about every interaction… including the ones over lunch.
A Simple Gesture, a Lasting Impression
We recently had the opportunity to sponsor lunch for the Keller Williams Cary office, where we proudly serve as a preferred vendor. And while the afternoon was filled with great conversation, the biggest takeaway had nothing to do with appraisals.
Sometimes vendors get so focused on getting in front of the right people that we forget to put genuine care into the experience itself. The small gesture of going a little above and beyond goes a long way. People first, relationships follow.
(Pro tip: Chipotle burrito bowls never miss.)
Putting Faces to Names
One of our favorite parts of the afternoon was finally meeting in person the Realtors who won our complimentary pre-listing appraisal in KW Cary’s listing competition this past spring. It’s one thing to send over a gift certificate… It’s another to sit down with the people behind the names and celebrate what they’ve accomplished.
Pre-Listing Appraisals as a Realtor Resource
Our relationship with KW Cary goes beyond lunch sponsorships. As a preferred vendor, we work alongside KW Cary agents to provide reliable, fast residential appraisals — including pre-listing appraisals that help agents walk into listing appointments with data-backed confidence.
In competitive markets like Cary, Apex, and Morrisville, pricing a home right from the start matters. Pre-listing appraisals help agents:
- Set realistic, defensible list prices
- Build trust with sellers from day one
- Reduce surprises later in the transaction
