For the annually required appraisal of my property in 2016 I searched for an appraiser on the internet. this lead me to the website of Robert Mann. Requesting the appraisal through the form on his site was easy and I was contacted within hours. He informed me what needed to be done and I provided him with the contact information of the tenant.
