A Handshake, a First for NC, and Our New 24-Hour Title Check

How one relationship, kept warm over two years, became North Carolina’s first 24-hour title check.

The News

RALEIGH, NC – TAG is now the first appraisal company in North Carolina to offer a 24-hour title check (powered by prelistcheck.com) as an add-on to our appraisal reports. For just $99, our clients can get their value picture and an early look at the title picture — together, before they list, offer, or close. One call, both answers.

How It Happened

Almost two years ago, our team met Josh Oliver of Rhythmic Title at a networking event here in the Raleigh area. We hit it off, stayed connected on social media, and kept the relationship warm — no agenda, just staying in touch.

Recently, Josh reached out to tell us about this offering. Our leadership team loved it, and we knew right away it could bring real value to the people we serve. Now it’s part of what we do.

Rachel from Triangle Appraisal Group and Josh Oliver of Rhythmic Title fist-bump to mark their 24-hour title check partnership.

Why We’re Sharing This

We could’ve just announced a new service. But the how matters just as much as the what. This partnership didn’t come from a cold sales pitch. It came from a genuine connection made two years ago and nurtured over time.

That’s community. When you invest in relationships, stay connected, and show up as yourself, good things find their way back to you. Every single time.

Thanks to Josh Oliver and the team at Rhythmic Title for partnering with us on a true first for North Carolina.
