Being part of the conversation shaping the industry is exactly where we want to be.
RALEIGH, NC – The TAG team has been a proud member of the Triangle Mortgage Lenders Association (TMLA) for about a year now, and we were recently honored to be included on their appraiser panel.
At the Table
The panel featured three appraisers from the Triangle area, and our COO, Nathan Jordan, represented TAG in the conversation. The discussion was timely and honest, covering hot topics like the upcoming UAD 3.6 changes and what they mean for appraisers, lenders, and the transaction process as a whole.
It’s one thing to stay informed. It’s another to be part of the conversation shaping what comes next.
What is UAD 3.6?
UAD 3.6 (Uniform Appraisal Dataset) is an upcoming change to the standard appraisal reporting format, set to reshape how appraisers collect and communicate data. For lenders and real estate professionals, understanding what’s coming is critical to staying ahead of the curve.
As an active TMLA member, TAG is committed to keeping our partners informed as these changes roll out.
TAG Tip: The TAG team is proud to say that we are actively completing UAD 3.6 reports and are ready to take on your next order!
